keep ssh connection alive

sometimes ssh connections die because there was a lapse in activity... edit your ~/.ssh/config or /etc/ssh_config file define the setting for serveraliveIntraval:   Host * Protocol 2 ServerAliveInterval 60   this suggestion was discussed here by Julie Kemp. thanks Julie!
